| FAQs
What to wear:
Sensible casual dress is appropriate for any of our cruise events. Although we have beautiful summer and fall weather and 2 enclosed heated decks, it is always a good idea to bring a coat appropriate to the season as it is always a bit cooler on the water, especially if you wish to enjoy views from our open decks areas.
Boarding:
Our cruises are available for boarding usually 30 minutes prior to departure. Cruise events depart on time.
Onsite Ticket Purchase:
You can always purchase tickets dockside 45 minutes prior to departure if time or circumstances do not allow for an online or phone reservation.
Food and Beverage:
Our Lake Union/Ship Canal cruises, operating from mid May to mid October, offer light lunch fare, snacks and beverages.
Cruise Route:
We have designed a cruise route that provides fun and fascinating sights along with spectacular views. However, unusual circumstances may arise that would cause a deviation in our route, but be assured we will always make your experience an enjoyable adventure.
Cancellations:
All sales are final, we cruise rain or shine. In the unlikely event that we are not able to operate for your cruise day or time, we will accept your reservation on any other scheduled cruise departure. |
